Christopher Edwin Breaux, also known as Frank Ocean, was born on October 28, 1987. He is an American singer, songwriter, and rapper that has won two Grammy Awards and a Brit Award for Internation Male Solo Artist, and etc. Two of Ocean's albums have been listed on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" in 2020. He has been credited by several critics as a pioneer of the alternative R&B genre.
Frank Ocean is my favorite artist because I like the messages and metaphors he puts into his songs. It is very thoughtout and meaningful, not only to him, but to many of his fans also. Even though Frank Ocean is mainly an alternative R&B singer, he sings in other genres like pop and R&B. My cousin was the one who showed me Frank Ocean and that made us get closer together by bonding through his music.
